We’re hiring an early team of high-agency builders who:

What you’ll do

• Build control panels end-to-end (layout, mounting, wiring, labeling, final checks)
• Follow schematics and wiring diagrams without hand-holding
• Support manual ops work when needed (kitting, inventory, packaging, rework)
• Catch build issues early and feed improvements back into the process
• Help improve shop speed + quality as we scale

Must-haves

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Strong computer literacy (you can handle spreadsheets, digital work instructions, file systems)
• Can read and understand schematics / wiring diagrams
• Bias-to-action: you find a way to get it done, even when it’s messy

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience building electrical/control panels (UL508A exposure = bonus)
• Comfortable with tools: crimpers, ferrules, torque drivers, labelers, meters
• You’re organized and care about clean wiring / clean builds
• You’ve improved a process before (shop, warehouse, manufacturing, whatever)
• You see yourself to growing into a leadership role (training, quality ownership, process improvement)

• Panels ship with low rework and clean wiring
